Privacy

Short version: the unit on your mower keeps your garden to itself, and this website keeps only what it needs to sell to you and help you.

On your unit

LuLuMate runs on the unit on your mower. Your maps, camera pictures, mowing history, settings and sign-ins are stored there, not with us. The unit connects to:

• Mammotion's service, with the Mammotion account you give it, the same way the Mammotion app does.
• Our update server, to check for and download new versions. It sends the kind of request any web browser does (its internet address); no garden, camera or personal data.
• Only if you turn them on: the camera Ai service you choose (pictures are sent to it when it's asked to look), weather forecasts, aerial photos, Home Assistant, and phone alerts (delivered through your phone maker's push service).

On this website

When you make an account or order, we keep your name, email, phone (if given), orders, shipping address, licences and support messages. We use them to supply what you bought, to help you, and for our accounts and the law (for example tax records). Card details go straight to Stripe and never reach us.

The site uses one cookie to keep you signed in and one to protect its forms. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. We count page visits per day without cookies or IP addresses.

We share information only with the services that help us run the shop (payments, email, hosting), or when the law requires it. We don't sell it.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete your account (we keep order records for as long as the law requires). Email info@lulumate.nz.
